Felicia Stuckey-Smith, J.D., is an experienced educational leader with over 30 years in various roles, including teacher, principal, and district administrator. She was recognized as the Association of California School Administrator (ACSA), Outstanding Pupil Services Administrator of the Year, as well as Principal of the Year for Alameda/Contra Costa County Region 6, and selected as Black Excellence, District Administrator of the Year. She has served as the Chairperson and is the current Co-Chair of the California Association of Pupil Personnel Administrators (CAPPA) and actively participated on the ACSA Student Services and Special Education Council and Every Child Counts Symposium planning committee. Dr. Stuckey-Smith is a highly requested presenter to ACSA Special Education, Principal and Pupil Services Academies, and an educational consultant to California school districts' leadership teams who want to develop behavioral expectations and a behavior matrix to address legal mandates and inequities in student discipline.
